TOZO T6 True Wireless Earbuds Bluetooth 5.3 Headphones Review

Tozo T6 are a pair of solid wireless earbuds that can be used for exercise or commute. Although the IPX8 rating of the case and earbuds is a big plus, it’s important to be realistic about your expectations. The microphone quality is poor, especially in sub-optimal environments, and the volume is maxed out each time it connects with a source device. This headset can be great if you’re willing to overlook it. However, there are other earbuds that don’t automatically increase volume with each reconnection.

You are looking for wireless earbuds that are simple and affordable? The TOZO T6 is the perfect choice. The TOZO T6 wireless earbuds are completely wireless and don’t have any extra features, such as active noise cancellation or a mobile app.

To see if the low admission price was worth it, we spent a week with TOZO T6.

Editor’s Note: This review was published November 8, 2022 and is the first version. As the market changes, updates will be made.

The TOZO T6 is a very similar earbud to other average models, with a round tip and a round earbud. The earbuds don’t have any stabilizing wings or fins to keep them in place. This makes it difficult to get a perfect fit. The TOZO T6 box comes with six sizes of ear tips, so getting the right fit should not be a problem.

Ear tips with red centers feel stiffer and thicker than those with all-black. Some of the all-black eartips are wider than they will fit inside your ear. There are two 10mm ear tips and two 11mm eartips. However, each one will fit into your ear differently. You may need to adjust the earbuds slightly to relieve the pressure caused by the sealing of the ear tips.

It is compact and fits into most pockets of moderate size. The case has a tight enough lid to keep it from opening at the bottom of a bag. Earbuds are also protected with magnets. The charging port is protected by a thin plastic flap at the bottom. Although it is difficult to remove, this likely keeps water out. The case and the earbuds can withstand submersion in water deeper than 1 meter for 30 minutes.

The only problem with these earbuds I have found is that the volume goes up when connected to any other device. To avoid dangerously loud sound, you should always check the volume before you play any audio. This is not ideal as one would hope that their earbuds don’t cause hearing loss.
